Return & Exchange Policy
General Conditions:
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within one day of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- The original purchase invoice must be provided.
- Order cancellation is only allowed upon store approval.
- The store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of errors or fraudulent activity.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Food products (due to health and safety concerns).
- Products that have been modified or had their labels removed.
- Promotional items or those purchased as part of a special offer.
Return & Exchange Process:
- Contact Customer Service:
- The customer must contact customer service via email or WhatsApp.
- Request Evaluation:
- The customer service team will review the request and inform the customer of approval or rejection.
- Return Instructions:
- If approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- Product Inspection:
- Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.
- Processing the Request:
- If the product meets the requirements, it will either be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method.
Additional Notes:
- Processing returns and exchanges may take 7-12 business days.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to a store error.
- LaMatcha Store reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if conditions are not met.
