Terms of Use Agreement Introduction:

This agreement becomes effective as soon as you accept it and begin registering on the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

1. (The Store): This includes all forms of the online store, whether it is an electronic application, a website, or a physical retail store.
2. (The Consumer): A person engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store via its electronic platform.
3. (The Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern the relationship between the parties involved.

Article Two - Consumer’s Legal Eligibility:

1. The consumer acknowledges having the full legal capacity to engage with the store or being at least 18 years old.
2. If the consumer violates this provision, they bear full responsibility for any consequences that may arise.

Article Three - Nature of Commitment:

1. The store is committed to providing (the service or product) to consumers.
2. Additional services such as after-sales support may be offered, depending on the nature of the purchased service or product.

Article Four - Usage Regulations:

1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public morals and the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer agrees not to use any purchased service or product in a manner that violates public morals or Saudi laws.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon registering as a user in this store, you are required to provide specific information and select a username and password. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and report any unauthorized access to your account.
2. The store will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from unauthorized disclosure of account credentials.
3. Use your account personally, and if someone else uses it, it will be considered as if you have authorized them to do so.
4. Provide accurate, updated, and legal information during registration and update it as necessary.
5. The store is committed to handling your personal data and contact details with complete confidentiality.
6. If the store finds that you have provided false or misleading information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your membership.
7. If you fail to comply with any of the above, the store reserves the right to block or terminate your access.

Article Six - Electronic Communications & Official Contact:

1. The parties agree that communication will occur through the registered email in the platform.
2. The consumer acknowledges that all electronic agreements, notifications, and communications hold the same legal weight as written ones.
3. The consumer agrees to receive general or targeted notifications from the store regarding any updates related to this agreement.

Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms & Fees:

1. If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.
2. The store may modify this agreement from time to time as necessary.
3. The store may charge fees based on the products, services, or state-imposed taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct fees at its discretion.

Article Eight - Payment & Transactions in the Store:

1. The store provides an online payment system through its partners.
2. The store sets product or service prices based on prevailing market rates.
3. The store issues invoices and receipts for all transactions.
4. The store adheres to recognized accounting standards in compliance with this agreement.

Article Nine - Intellectual Property Rights:

1. The store retains full ownership of its intellectual property rights.
2. Consumers must respect the store’s intellectual property, including its name, trademarks, and any associated logos.

Article Ten - Store’s Liability:

1. The store operates in accordance with Saudi laws and this agreement.
2. The store is not liable for claims arising from errors or negligence by consumers or third parties (e.g., shipping companies).
3. The store and its affiliates ensure that the provided product or service complies with Saudi laws and is used for lawful purposes.

Article Eleven - Account Suspension & Restrictions:

The store may suspend or terminate a consumer’s membership or restrict their access to services at any time without prior notice and for any reason.

Article Twelve - Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the jurisdiction of its authorities.

Article Thirteen - General Provisions:

1. Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement.
2. Product and service prices may change periodically.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and subject to modification or cancellation.
4. The parties agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
5. The agreement can only be terminated by a decision from the store’s management.
